What is okey.gg?
okey.gg is a desktop game on Steam that brings traditional okey and 101 to your computer. It is built around the most faithful rules on any digital platform and available for Windows, macOS and Linux.
What platforms does it support?
Windows, macOS and Linux through Steam. The Linux version also works well on Steam Deck.
Do I need 4 players to play?
No. You can play with any combination of friends and bots. A friend could not make it? Bots fill the empty seats. You can also play entirely solo against 3 bots.
Can I play offline?
Yes. You can play against bots without an internet connection. Multiplayer with friends requires internet.
Is there ranked mode or matchmaking?
Ranked matchmaking is in development. For now, you can play with friends through private Steam lobbies or against bots.
What is Early Access?
It means the game is playable now but still being improved. Updates ship regularly, and player feedback helps shape what gets built. The core game experience is solid, and new features are added over time.
Is okey.gg a gambling game?
No. Okey is a social strategy game traditionally played in homes and cafes. okey.gg has no real-money wagering or gambling mechanics.
How long does a match take?
A classic okey match takes around 30 minutes. A 101 match takes around 20 minutes.
What languages are supported?
Turkish, English, German and Simplified Chinese.
Is there controller support?
Not yet. The game is played with mouse and keyboard.
Will there be a mobile version?
The focus right now is on making the desktop experience as strong as possible. We do not have mobile plans to announce at this time.
